The Big Ugly Bill-H.R.1-The Anti-Black Battle Strategy

The United States of America has been involved in an intense power struggle over H.R.1 mainly because it is not just a bill. In all of it's intents and purposes it is the blueprint of what America will look like for the next 20 to 30 years. This struggle is so intense that it even led to the longest Government Shutdown in recorded history. This bill has so many explosive changes that would happen all at once that America itself is torn on the outcomes of this legislation. From Affordable Care Act reductions, which are intentionally at center stage, to Federal Spending Cut policies. There are also, many other included items hidden in the very wording of this HR, that say, for the Republicans: This is how we see America!

As the investigation by this publication went deeper and deeper into the policies, and proposals associated with this House Resolution it began to read, to us, more like an Anti-Black Battle Strategy, than a bill proposal to improve life for the American people. It seemed that two common denominators were always present. The first denominator seemed to be black and brown America, along with the poorest of white America, as the negatively affected targets of the legislation, with the second being white, rich, Anglo Saxon Male Americans as the real recipients of the best that America has to offer under this new HR.

With all of the particulars now presented The Justice Journal Blog™ opens up to you, our audience, the unfiltered truth on "The Big Ugly Bill". It is important to mention from the onset that this is a Republican Party Bill. Also known as the GOP or Grand Old Party which is a conservative, right wing political party started in the the early 1850's to rival to the

Democratic Party. The Republican Party ended slavery, and once fought for equality, it shifted it's focus during the Civil Rights Era which started in the 1950's mainly because too many Black folk were joining the party. That political party then began to establish it's "Southern Strategy" with the election of Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1952. The New Republican political party asserted, and fully solidified their base with the election of Ronald Reagan in 1980.

The investigative reporting here clearly exposes the comparison of H.R.1 to the "Battle Strategy" we spoke of earlier. TJJB drew its conclusion by looking at the actual outcomes that would result from the breakdowns of the actual wording in the Policy Guidelines:

• Weaken Black America (ACA cuts) destabilize health, finances, lifespan.

• Create a legal environment where one group is armed and the other is exposed.

• Frame everything as “tax reform,” “healthcare restructuring,” or “constitutional rights.”

• Use legislation to shift battlefield conditions without ever naming the target.

• Achieve protection for the empowered group without explicitly stating the threat.

• Maintain plausible deniability while engineering asymmetric power.

• Strengthen white America (GOA vs NFA) increase access to militarized weapons.

It will be very difficult to bring you this important FYI for the Black Community and others concerned citizens, and keep it within the 5 minute read window we like to use, but here is what you really need to know. The last bullet point above is the strongest component to be used by White Nationalist America even though Health Care seems to be the Main struggle. Although fighting the ACA cuts is very important, know that it is the "cover topic", is only an

acceptable fighting ground for both GOP's and Dem's.

The Black Community must look at this legislation clearly, and in it's entirety. Here is why the last bullet point is now making news headlines as a must have for Republicans, and a mere Gun Control measure for the Democrats. The NFA, or National Firearms Act proposal is being presented by the GOA (Gun Owners of America). This change proposal is buried deep inside H.R.1, and appears only in the Rules Committee summary as Version 487/488 of H.R. 1. You would have to search for the section inside of the entire bill. This hiding in plain sight is not a coincidence it is in fact by design.

The Justice Journal Blog™ as always will spell it out for you. This "committee summary version actually allows American citizens to buy more Silencers, Short Barrel Rifles, and other Militarized Weapons with less Federal Oversight. The summary will also Mean less taxes on these items, along with easier access to them via background check policies and the like. This is the part of H.R.1 that makes it look more like an Anti-Black Battle Strategy than a bill. We all know that there are already biased, and discriminatory rules in the United States that allow White America access to certain things while denying Black America that same access. When it comes to weapons purchase laws there are entire networks of existing rules, and behaviors that make this one sided. Here is how these rules play out in real time:

• Clean record loopholes, which count on the over policing, or even zip code based policing of Black America that intentionally create more felony convictions. Clean records let White Americans pass State and Local Background Checks.

• Income and resource access allow White Americans to purchase NFA weapons individually or in group settings using Trust Structures. This is mainly because White individuals or groups are labeled: First Amendment, Political, and Protected, while Black groups or individuals are labeled: Gang, Threats, Public Safety Concerns. Today most Black people do not even know about, or even have access to Trust Attorneys when it comes to weapon purchases. For White Americans these trust even hide true ownership of these weapons.

What is being stated here plainly is that even if the NFA protections that are in place to stop the easy purchase of Militarized Weapons are changed under this new policy initiative, it will not be of any assistance to the Black Community. The White Nationalist movements in this country have studied the findings, and know that Black Americans unable to make the same moves as White America in the purchase of weapons. That singular fact, That very knowledge, in the opinion of this publication, makes the whole struggle over H.R.1 not about protecting all Americans but rather about strengthening White America.

Black Americans should be very concerned about this. This lawsuit by the GOA is driven, funded, and championed by White Conservatives for White America. The true benefactors of the collapse of NFA regulation would be:

• White Militias

• White Extremist Groups

• White Survivalist's Communities

• White Gun Collectors

• White Rural Networks

• Exceptional Black America only.

  
  

Communities of everyday Black Americans would face nearly insurmountable challenges in using any changes to the NFA to arm themselves for protection under this policy battle, no matter which way it turns out. Even though the law would promote the bill as for "All Americans" the actual rules of law in America would block, flag, delay, surveille, or charge Black America as it always has. This is white legislation protecting white interest pure and simple.

Here is a clear tie in to the Battle Strategy implication. Black America is increasingly under the tremendous weight of DEI roll backs, Affirmative Action cancellations, The whitewashing of American Education, The absence of Reparations for 400 years of demoralization, and the Conservative control of Media Narratives. So the hidden stance of the GOA argument is: If our actions forced or caused Black and even Brown America to revolt, then H.R.1 Version 487/488 that covers gun control, MUST allow White America to increase the level it can arm itself, even to the teeth, in this guilt driven, fear based, scenario

Now ask yourself readers. Does H.R.1 sound like a Big Beautiful Bill, or a Battle Strategy for people who know they are pushing too hard for a "New Confederacy" in America?

The hard truth is that America will always be "The Land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave" for all people. If that ever changes then we are no longer in America. But this author digresses.
